Bio – L. Karl Pickett
An Air Force photographer stationed at Hickam A.F.B. in Hawaii from 1962 to 1965. Frequently worked for Hickam and local newspapers. Was privileged to photograph people like astronaut Gordon Cooper, Gen. Curtis E. LeMay and General Chuck Yeager. My Aviation artwork has been displayed at the Pentagon, Holloman A.F.B. in New Mexico, Hickam A.F.B. in Honolulu, the Dallas/Fort Worth airport and the E.A.A. museum in Wisconsin. Any of my existing paintings are for sale and I’m available for commission work.
